From interview coaching, workplace readiness training, confidence building and ongoing mentoring/check-ins after placement. We try different approaches depending on who we are working with.

Working with local schools and youth organisations to offer flexible styles of mentorship. Also, running workshops and employability sessions to develop candidates.
Who We Are
Based in Nottingham and started with the help of various other charities and local organisations the goal is to help the emerging workforce in the area with support being provided for other cities such as Derby, Leicester and Sheffield in the future.
We believe that every person deserves the chance to thrive - no matter their background or experience. Too often, traditional recruitment overlooks talent that doesn’t fit a standard mould.
That’s why we take a different approach. We focus on potential, provide real support and partner with employers who care about growth and inclusion. Our goal isn’t just to fill roles - it’s to create pathways to meaningful, lasting careers.
